  • Semi Private Training

    Training with others is a great way to stay motivated and ensure a social environment for your workouts. Too many people in a group, however, can often mean your needs aren’t being catered to and your fitness goals are not being reached. This is why semi private group training is a great choice.

    Training with like-minded individuals creates a great atmosphere for progression, and knowing that you’ll still get the attention you need in a smaller group - and therefore achieve the results you’re looking for - is an almost perfect blend. Your trainer won’t be constantly distracted because of the size of the class, and it allows you to progress with success in a fantastic environment.

    Semi private group training will give you a level of support you’ve not experienced before and, best of all, it comes from people who are just like you. An educated and knowledgeable trainer may be leading proceedings, but you’ll also have a network of friends that you can help and who will help you.   • Online Training

    With today's busy lifestyle, some clients might find a very small window in the middle of the day to squeeze in a workout. Or some prefer to train from the comfort of their own homes.

    Online training might be a very effective tool for this kind of situation.
    If this sounds familiar, all you need is an electronic device with a camera, an online connection, training shoes, and some available space in your own home (having weights and bands will be very helpful).

    If you work from home and need a workout break in the middle of the day to change a work headspace and get and stay in shape online training might be a great option for you.

Sam Jabarin

Founder

Sam believes that we are all unique individuals, with different needs and goals, and he works with each one of his clients in a very personalized manner.

Sam started his Training career in his early twenties. Shortly after becoming a personal trainer, he discovered the impact of training on other aspects of life and being, such as Physical, Emotional and Mental.

In 2016, Sam ended up starting his training business which is 3DFitness. Shortly after, he teamed up with Groundwork Athletics, a personal training facility located in the heart of downtown Vancouver.

When Pierre started training with us, he weighed 213 lbs. with dedication and smart training practices, by the fall of 2019, Pierre achieved the first weight goal in his fitness journey, which was 184 lbs. In the process, He lost 36 lbs of fat and put on 7 lbs of lean mass!

After that Pierre decided to put on extra lean mass and build more muscle. So, we changed our strategy, we increased his work intensity and adjusted his diet to help him to get there. By late 2020. Pierre gained around 15 lbs of lean mass and increased his weight to 202 lbs.
