We started training 3 times a week and we coached him on his diet and worked on having healthier eating habits to suit his goal. In the process, we encouraged him to stay active outside our training so we can maximize his result. When Pierre started training with us, he weighed 213 lbs. with dedication and smart training practices, by the fall of 2019, Pierre achieved the first weight goal in his fitness journey, which was 184 lbs. In the process, He lost 36 lbs of fat and put on 7 lbs of lean mass!

After that Pierre decided to put on extra lean mass and build more muscle. So, we changed our strategy, we increased his work intensity and adjusted his diet to help him to get there. By late 2020. Pierre gained around 15 lbs of lean mass and increased his weight to 202 lbs.
